IFX Hub is a custom business hub built, hosted, and supported by Infraxio LLC. It puts CRM, projects, tasks, orders, inventory, invoicing, double-entry accounting, a unified inbox, and an AI assistant into one system that a company's staff, customers, and leadership all share. Each IFX Hub is tailored to the client's workflows and runs on the client's own domain.
Does IFX Hub replace my ERP?
It can, but it doesn't have to. IFX Hub can complement an ERP by giving everyone a better front end to it, extend it with the workflows and portals it can't handle, or replace it with the hub's own general ledger, invoicing, bank feeds, orders, inventory, and purchasing. Most clients start by complementing or extending and move further toward replacement as the hub proves itself.
Do I own my IFX Hub?
Yes. An IFX Hub is custom software built for your business, and you own it: the source code, your data, your branding, and the documentation. It is not a per-seat license that disappears when you stop paying. The ownership terms are written into your client agreement.
Can IFX Hub be a capital asset on my balance sheet?
Often, yes. Because an IFX Hub is custom software your business owns, many companies can capitalize qualifying development costs as internal-use software and amortize them over the software's useful life rather than expensing a monthly subscription. What can the IFX Hub AI assistant do?

It works in visible steps, streams its progress, and keeps a readable transcript of every run. It can look up overdue invoices, update deals, create tasks, or draft records, all within the permissions of the person asking.
Is IFX Hub a SaaS product?
Not in the usual sense. IFX Hub is not one shared app that every customer rents seat by seat. Each client gets its own instance at its own address, customized to its business and owned by the client, with Infraxio hosting, maintaining, and extending it. Dedicated single-tenant deployments are available when a client needs complete separation.
Why doesn't IFX Hub publish a price list?
Every IFX Hub is scoped to a specific business: which modules, which integrations, which workflows, and whether it complements, extends, or replaces an ERP. A published price would be wrong for almost everyone. Infraxio quotes after a discovery call, and the online configurator is a quick way to show us what you run on today.
How does IFX Hub protect my data?
IFX Hub enforces row-level security on every record in the database, so each query only returns what the signed-in person is allowed to see. Third-party credentials such as payment and bank keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and every create, update, and delete is written to an append-only activity log. Webhooks verify signatures and fail closed, and scheduled jobs refuse to run without a secret.
