IFX Hub

Ownership & Engagement

Custom Software. Your Asset.

Your IFX Hub isn't a rented subscription. It's software built for your business — and your business owns it, source code and all.

You Own It

Who Owns an IFX Hub?

You do. Every IFX Hub is custom software that Infraxio LLC builds for one business, and that business owns it outright — with the full source code, documentation, and deployment keys, and no per-seat licensing. That makes it a real piece of intellectual property your company controls, and potentially a capital asset on your balance sheet rather than a subscription expense.

Add features on your timeline. Take it in-house. Sell the business with software that's part of the valuation. Your hub, your call.

Talk to your accountant about capitalization. For many businesses, custom-developed internal-use software is treated as a long-lived asset rather than a monthly expense. Treatment depends on your circumstances; this isn't tax or accounting advice.

100% Yours

Code, data, branding, and infrastructure — all owned by your business. No shared codebase to be deprecated out from under you.

Balance Sheet Asset

Custom software built for your business can sit on your books as a long-lived asset instead of a subscription expense that vanishes every month.

Compounds over Time

Every feature you add deepens your competitive moat. The hub gets more tailored to your business as you grow, and the value compounds.

Full Source Access

You get the source code, documentation, SOPs, and deployment keys. Take it in-house any time. We earn the relationship — we don't trap you in it.

How Engagements Work

Five Steps from First Call to Your Own Hub

Every engagement follows the same path, so you always know what happens next — and nothing gets built before you've signed off on it.

Step 1

Discovery Call

We learn how the business actually runs — the tools, the workarounds, the spreadsheets — and where it hurts most.

Step 2

Hub Map

We map your systems, data, and workflows onto one hub and decide where it sits on the ERP spectrum: complement, extend, or replace.

Step 3

Proposal

A written proposal with the modules, integrations, migration plan, timeline, and investment — accepted and signed online.

Step 4

Build & Launch

We build your hub on your domain, migrate your data, train your team, and hand over the source, docs, and keys at launch.

Step 5

Grow Together

Infraxio keeps running and supporting your hub, and adds modules as your business grows — on your timeline.

Handed Over at Launch

What's Included When Your Hub Goes Live

Ownership means more than a line in a contract. On launch day, everything you need to run your hub without us is in your hands.

Source Code

The complete codebase for your hub, in a repository your business controls.

Documentation

Technical and user documentation for every module, integration, and workflow.

SOPs

Standard operating procedures written around how your team actually uses the hub.

Training Videos

Walkthroughs your team can rewatch — and new hires can start with on day one.

Deployment Keys

The credentials and access to deploy, run, and move your hub without asking anyone.

Pricing

Why No Price List?

Because no two hubs are the same. A branded portal and inbox on top of NetSuite is a very different project from a full ERP replacement with DSCSA track-and-trace. A price list would either overcharge the first or underscope the second.

Instead, every IFX Hub is scoped on a discovery call and priced in a written proposal — modules, integrations, migration, timeline, and investment — before any work begins. No per-seat math, no surprise renewals.

What Shapes the Scope

  • Where You Sit on the SpectrumComplement, extend, or replace your ERP
  • ModulesWhich parts of the business the hub runs on day one
  • IntegrationsThe systems it connects to, and how deeply
  • Data MigrationHow many records, from how many systems
  • Industry WorkflowsThe regulated, specific work no off-the-shelf tool covers

FAQ

Ownership Questions, Answered

Anything specific to your business goes on the discovery call.

Do we really own the source code?

Yes. Your IFX Hub is custom software developed for your business, and it's delivered with the full source code, documentation, SOPs, and deployment keys. It's your intellectual property, not a license to someone else's.

Is there a per-seat or per-user license?

No. Because you own the software, adding staff, giving customers portal access, or inviting contractors doesn't add license fees.

What does an IFX Hub cost?

Every hub is scoped to the business, so there's no price list. On the discovery call we map your tools and workflows, then a written proposal sets out the modules, timeline, and investment before any work begins.

Are there ongoing costs after launch?

Running any software has real infrastructure costs — hosting, database, and third-party services like Stripe or Plaid — and most clients keep Infraxio on to support the hub and build new modules. All of it is spelled out in your proposal, and none of it is a per-seat license.

Can we take the hub in-house or to another developer?

Yes, any time. You hold the source, the documentation, and the deployment keys, so your own team or another developer can take over. We'd rather earn the relationship than trap you in it.

Can custom software be capitalized as an asset?

Often, yes — many businesses treat custom-developed internal-use software as a long-lived asset rather than a monthly expense. The treatment depends on your situation and accounting standards, so talk to your accountant. This isn't tax or accounting advice.

What happens to our hub if something happens to Infraxio?

Your hub keeps running. You have the source code, documentation, and deployment keys, and the hub runs on widely used cloud infrastructure, so any capable developer can operate and extend it.
