Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Infraxio LLC (“Infraxio,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit ifxhub.io (the “Site”), the marketing website for IFX Hub. In short: we collect only what you choose to send us and a small amount of anonymous usage data, we don't use advertising cookies, and we never sell your information.

1. Who We Are

Infraxio LLC is a software and infrastructure company located at 90 Fort Wade Rd, Suite 100, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081. Infraxio builds, hosts, and supports IFX Hub (also called Infraxio Hub) and operates this Site. For the purposes of this policy, Infraxio is responsible for the personal information collected through the Site.

This policy covers the Site only, plus the Sign in with Google feature of the IFX Hub application described in Section 6. Information that a client's own IFX Hub holds about its employees and customers is governed by that client's agreement with Infraxio and by the client's own privacy practices.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Give Us

When you use a form on the Site, we collect what you enter. That includes:

• Contact and discovery-call requests: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, and the message you write.
• The hub configurator: the apps and tools you select, any apps or websites you add, the business name you enter, and the contact details you provide to receive follow-up.
• Emails you send us at hello@infraxio.com, including anything you attach.

Information Collected Automatically

When you browse the Site, our hosting and analytics providers process limited technical information needed to deliver pages and measure aggregate usage, such as the page requested, referring page, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, and page performance timings. We use this information in aggregate; we do not use it to build a profile of you.

3. How We Use Information

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule a discovery call, and follow up about IFX Hub.
• To prepare for a conversation with you, for example by reviewing the tools you selected in the configurator.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the Site's content and performance.
• To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse, such as spam form submissions.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We will not add you to a marketing newsletter from a form submission unless you ask us to. If we email you about your inquiry, you can tell us at any time that you don't want further messages.

4. Analytics and Cookies

The Site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure page views and page performance. These tools are designed to work without cookies and report data in aggregate; they don't track you across other websites.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking cookies on the Site. Your browser may store small amounts of data needed for the Site to function, such as remembering your progress in the configurator during a visit; this data is not used for advertising.

5. Service Providers

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site, and only for that purpose:

• Vercel hosts the Site and provides the analytics described above.
• Resend delivers form and configurator submissions to our team by email.
• Google Workspace hosts our business email and calendar, where your inquiry and any scheduled call are stored.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the information transferred.

6. IFX Hub and Sign in with Google

IFX Hub is a web application built and operated by Infraxio LLC for its clients. Each client receives its own instance, hosted at its own address, and access is limited to people that client invites.

IFX Hub offers Sign in with Google so users can reach their account without creating another password. When you use it:

• What Google shares: only your basic profile, meaning your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier.
• How we use it: to create your account, sign you in, and show colleagues who you are inside the application.
• What we don't access for sign-in: signing in with Google does not give Infraxio access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service.
• What we never do: we don't sell this information, and we never use it for advertising or to train AI models.

Infraxio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Separately from sign-in, a client's IFX Hub may connect Google services such as Gmail, Google Calendar, or Google Drive at that client's direction, for example to sync a shared team mailbox into the hub's inbox. Those connections are authorized explicitly by the account owner, are used only to provide the features the client enabled, and are governed by the client's agreement with Infraxio and the same Google API Services User Data Policy.

You can disconnect IFX Hub from your Google account at any time from your Google account permissions, or ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing hello@infraxio.com.

7. No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Data Retention

We keep inquiry and configurator submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and then delete them or keep them only as required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. Aggregate analytics data doesn't identify you and may be kept indefinitely. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.

9. Security

The Site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we limit access to submitted information to the people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, or object to or restrict certain uses of it. We honor these requests for everyone, regardless of location.

To make a request, email hello@infraxio.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. International Visitors

Infraxio is based in the United States, and the Site and our service providers process information in the United States. By using the Site, you understand that your information will be processed there.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Site or our practices change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
